PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flour mill which has a structure capable of automatically supplying raw materials, controlling the supply quantity at a specified rate or adequate rate, and an automating flour mill with the simple structure. SOLUTION: When a drive motor 141 is worked, an upper mortar 120 rotates rotated on a fixed lower mortar 110 by a rotational drive shaft 141a. At this time, a drive engaging pin 122 of the upper mortar 120 rotates together with the upper mortar 120 and engages an activation engaging pin 136 mounted at a raw material holding frame 134 within a prescribed rotating angle range, by which the raw material holding frame 134 is rotationally driven. The raw material holding frame 134 is adapted to open a raw material supplying port when the frame is arranged to face a raw material introducing port 121a formed atop the supper mortar 120.
