PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cost increase of a game machine provided with a premium awarding mechanism and a game medium dispensing mechanism independently mounted even if the game machine is structured so that the shortage of game media to be supplied can be securely detected. SOLUTION: In this game machine, a ball passage on the upper side of a winning ball paying-out device 97A and a ball passage on the upper side of a game ball dispensing device 97C are integrated into one passage. Accordingly, game balls running down in one passage are divided into two passages at the dispensing mechanism, and a ball run-out switch 187 is mounted at a position before the position where the passage is forked. Therefore, the run-out of premium balls and game balls to be dispensed can be detected by the same detector. As a result, the structure and the control for detection of the ball run-out can be simplified.
