<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat-insulating housing material using no flon or alternative flon. SOLUTION: A concrete housing material is manufactured by mixing a concrete base material, a polyurethane foam using no flon or alternative flon and one or more reinforcing material selected from a straw, a carbon fiber, a glass fiber and a mineral fiber. The housing material is also manufactured by mixing a plastics base material, the polyurethane foam and the reinforcing material selected from the carbon fiber, the glass fiber and the mineral fiber, then by heat-forming them. The polyurethane foam of 1-24 pts.wt. is added to the concrete base material of 100 pts.wt.</p> |
