PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there is waste both in cost and resources since a release tape called a release liner must be disposed of as an unnecessary material (wastepaper) after use. SOLUTION: The hand labeler includes a sizing mechanism 7 for applying an adhesive such as paste to an adhesive surface of a tapelike seal 4 fed by a feed mechanism 6 and a cutting mechanism 8 for cutting the seal 4 in conjunction with a return operation of a handle 3. The sizing mechanism 7 includes a sizing liquid tank 7a protruding at a rear end of a bottom lid 11, a feed pipe communicating with the tank 7a and an applicator communicating with a tip of the feed pipe, wherein as soon as the label is fed by a single piece, the applicator comes into contact with a rear of the tapelike seal 4 to apply the paste. The cutting mechanism 8 includes a pair of interlocking links 8a, 8a interlocked with a rotary arm 3a, a cutter bridged via a support piece at lower ends of the links 8a and a cam groove hole 8d for guiding a cam shaft 6a. |
