PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist clamp preventing a twist mechanism from being damaged in replacing a clamp arm and improving the efficiency of the replacement of the clamp arm. SOLUTION: First regulation mechanisms 10 for regulating the relative rotational moving of a clamp rod 5 relative to a cylinder body 8, when the clamp rod 5 is in a retreating limit position, are provided in the cylinder body 8 and a piston part 4 and second regulating mechanisms 11 for regulating the relative rotational movement of the clamp rod 5 relative to the cylinder body 8, when the clamp rod 5 is in an advancing limit position, are provided in the in the cylinder body 8 and the piston part 4.
