PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of construction materials with lightweight, sound absorption and heat insulation by using cement mortar including perlite as a main component. CONSTITUTION: The construction materials comprises 120pts.wt. of perlite, 150pts.wt. of cement, 2pts.wt. of pigment, and optionally sand, 3-8pts.wt. of waterproofing agent, 1-5pts.wt. of thickener, where perlite containing more than 1.2mm(30-45pts.vol.), 0.6-1.19mm(30-40pts.vol.), 0.3-0.59mm(10-15pts.vol.) and less than 0.14mm(5-10pts.vol.) in particle size is especially used for wall. The manufacturing method is as follows: mixing the composition, water, chemical additives comprising 25% of surfactant, 15% of lignin, 5% of solvent, 7% of others, and 48% of water; forming the mixture with a mold(8) under the vibration of a motor(9) which is controlled by computer(19); primary steam-curing at 70-80deg.C for 2hrs. or longer; cooling for 24hrs. and packing; secondary curing for 28days with water supplied through a spray(15).
