PURPOSE: A transferring device of sewed material on an overlock sewing machine is provided, which has increased workability, exact transfer of the sewed material, easy maintenance work and increased productivity. CONSTITUTION: The transferring device of the sewed material is comprised of: a transferring roller(102) which is set on the back side of a presser foot(162), transferring the sewed material; a giving device of rotatory force which gives rotatory force to the transferring roller; a giving device of absorbing force which is free from sliding to contact with the sewed material by giving absorbing force to the transferring roller; and a rotary moving device of the transferring roller which is possible to sew without the transferring roller by rotation-moving the transferring roller to the outside of the sewing machine and being possible to make easy maintenance work by rotation-moving the presser foot.
