PURPOSE: An established desired temperature/indoor temperature display apparatus for air conditioner is provided to achieve an improved use convenience by allowing the indoor temperature and established desired temperature to be selectively displayed through the use of color variance 7-segments. CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus comprises 7-segment element units(140,145) each of which is constituted by 7-segment elements(a-f), wherein each of 7 segment elements is constituted by a pair of light emitting diodes having different colors; a color selection unit for selecting colors of 7-segment element units; and a micro computer(125) for controlling turning on operation of 7-segment element units which are connected to a buffer unit(150) connected to scan terminals(SCAN1-SCAN4) of the micro computer. The 7-segment element units are connected to an inverter unit(155) through a resistance terminal(160), and to data terminals(D1-D7) of the micro computer.
