PURPOSE: A checking and management system available in home automation is provided to install several temperature sensors in a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom and a water gauge in the bathroom of each household to set up average amount of energy consumed per time and to determine whether the amount at present is less or more than the average amount. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a temperature detecting sensor(11) and a water gauge(14) in a household apparatus(10); a data interface part(12) of interfacing input/output of data signals received from the sensors; a micro computer(13) to generate signals in case that abnormal status is detected by comparing an input value at present with a specific setup value; and a data transfer part(15) to send the signal. The system further includes a guard room apparatus(30) comprising a data receiving part(31) to receive data from all of the household apparatus(10); a CPU(32) to process the data; a display device(33) or alarm device(34) to inform each of the household.
