DEVICE FOR SPRINKLING WATER OF CHUTE BY ROTATIONAL FORCE

PURPOSE: A water sprinkling device of a chute by using rotational force is provided to automatically operate a sprinkling valve according to fuel let in the chute and to prevent water pollution, air pollution or waste of the fuel. CONSTITUTION: A water sprinkling device for a chute by rotational force comprises a damper(6) mounted in a chute(2); a screw shaft(7) protruded by being connected to the damper; an auxiliary damper(17) containing a buffer spring(16); a belt conveyor(1) transmitting fuel(C); a base shaft(10) inserted to a lower end of the auxiliary damper; wheels(11) rotatably fixed on both ends of the base shaft; a rail(2) arranged on an upper face of a rail support bar(19) to place the wheel; a shock absorber case(13) fixed on the chute in the base shaft; a shock absorber(14) mounted in the shock absorber case; a buffer spring(15) placed on an end of the shock absorber by being inserted to a spring case(18); and a stopper(20) fixed on an upper end of the rail support bar. The auxiliary damper moves back by receiving impact of the fuel while dropping the fuel into the chute. Moreover, the auxiliary damper is separated from the damper buy the buffer spring.
