PURPOSE: A vehicle handsfree kit having a radio telephone call device is provided to freely carry out a remote telephone call at the outside of a vehicle, without the necessity of separating a portable phone, by executing a handsfree function using a radio telephone call device. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle handsfree kit having a radio telephone call device(20) consists of a main unit(10) and the radio telephone call device(20). The main unit(10), connected with the portable phone(1) through data lines, outputs the data received from the portable phone(1) to a speaker(11). The main unit(10) contains a radio transceiver part(12) and a control part(13) so as to communicate with the radio telephone call device(20). The radio telephone call device(20) that transmits origination data to the radio transceiver part(12) by wireless is comprised of a case(21), a mike(22), an earphone(23), a radio transceiver part(24), a key input part(25), and a control part(26). The case(21) has a clip on its back side so that it can be attached to a user's clothes. The mike(22) modulates the user's voice into an electrical voice signal. The earphone(23) outputs a voice signal received to the portable phone(1). The radio transceiver part(24) transmits the voice signal modulated at the mike(22) to the main unit(10) and receives a voice signal from the main unit(10). The key input part(25), installed in the case(21), has switches for call execution. The control part(26), embedded in the case(21), controls the overall operations of the radio transceiver part(24) according to the signals supplied to the key input part(25).
