PURPOSE: A system for protecting transaction at electronic commerce is provided to activate electronic commerce by protecting courses of transaction using electronic commerce so as to easily exchange a purchased product. CONSTITUTION: A database stores information on members, depositing/drawing and purchasing. A main procedure controls a transaction protection system. A system management procedure manages a system. A log-in procedure enables a purchaser to enter into the transaction protection system. A product purchasing procedure enables the purchaser to purchase a product. An order management procedure manages data on orders. A returned good procedure performs returns an ordered product or repays a price for the product. A depositing management procedure manages a payment of the price for the product or a reserve account. A member registration procedure opens an account for managing a payment including member registration. A member withdrawal and data change procedure manages a member's withdrawal and changed data on members.
