AUTOMATIC PRINTING TOOL AND METHOD IN PERSONAL COMPUTER

PURPOSE: An automatic printing tool and method in a personal computer is provided to eliminate inconvenience that a user opens each document and prints the same when he/she prints a plurality of documents. CONSTITUTION: GDI converts a data to be printed into a print command form and transfers the same to a printer driver. A personal computer uses a window having the GDI as an operating system. A printing tool prints a document file through a printer in the personal computer. An input part inputs a data of a document file which is selected after being drag-dropped by a task bar of the printing tool from an explorer window of a user. An analyzing part analyses a file format of the inputted data and transfers the same to the GDI. When the analyzing part can not know the file format, an application program corresponding to the document file is connected. Printing can be conducted without opening the application program corresponding to the document file each time, such that the user doesn't need to open each document and then prints the same when printing a plurality of documents.
