Fuel additive composition for the reduction of emissions from IC engines

A three part blend is used as an additive to form a suitable clear fuel. The additive comprises: an alcohol ethoxylate, a ethoxylate fatty acid, and a glycol of a fatty acid. The additive composition may further comprise an alkanolamide and/or water and/or urea. The said blend is used to reduce emissions from the combustion of such fuels as diesel or petrol (gasoline).
