PURPOSE: A heat exchange apparatus equipped with cooling tube is provided to achieve an improved cooling efficiency by forming both the refrigerant pipe and cooling fins with copper material and arranging cooling fins to have narrow intervals from each other. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(400) includes a refrigerant pipe(416) for flow of refrigerant gas; a blower(414); a refrigerant inlet(412) formed at an end of the refrigerant pipe so as to allow high temperature high pressure refrigerant gas discharged from a compressor to enter through the refrigerant inlet; and a refrigerant outlet(410) formed at the other end of the refrigerant pipe so as to allow the refrigerant which is liquefied by the blower and cooling fins(418) while passing through the refrigerant pipe, to be discharged through the refrigerant outlet. The refrigerant pipe includes a pipe body having a hollow portion(415) formed inside of the refrigerant pipe so as to allow cooling liquid to flow through the hollow portion; cooling fins which are formed of a material same as that of the pipe body, protruded from the outer surface of the pipe body and arranged in a spiral direction with narrow intervals.
