PURPOSE: A medical negative pressure generation apparatus is provided to accomplish convenience for user by automatically generating desired level of negative pressure by adapting a simple driving motor for the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a driving motor(10); a rubber tube(20) having a pumping part(21), a first and a second valves(22, 23) at front portion of the pumping part and a shaft supporting section(24) at lower portion of the pumping part; an eccentric supporting section(30) having a gear axis(31) shaft-supported to a driving axle(11) of the motor(10) and inserted into bottom end of the shaft supporting section(24); a lower plate(40) engaged to the motor(10) and having a centered hollow hole(41) to accept the pumping part(21) and also having an exhaust pipe(42) switched by the second valve(23) of the tube(20); and an upper plate(50) engaged to top part of the lower plate(40), having a guide route(51) connected to the first and second valves(22, 23) to flow air and also having an inhalation pipe(52) switched by the first valve(22) of the tube(20).
