PURPOSE: A method for processing a compression molded component is provided to in which the compression molded component is NC(numeric control) processed according to its shape, thereby remarkably increasing processing productivity, improving quality level of the component, and shortening the production application time. CONSTITUTION: In a method for processing a compression molded component for NC processing a compression molded sheet metal component used in an airplane or an automobile, the method for processing a compression molded component comprises the steps of (a) drawing up a set-up program for determining the set-up position of the sheet metal component on a CAD, and transferring a set-up bar to the set-up position(S100,S200); (b) setting the set-up starting point of the sheet metal component; (c) executing the set-up program(S300); (d) contacting jigs processing the sheet metal component with the set-up bar(S400); and (e) processing the component by loading the sheet metal component at a certain position of the jigs using a drill jig(S500,S600), wherein the method further comprises the step of executing a plurality of set-up programs by repeating the steps of (a), (b) and (c) after the step of (d).
