PURPOSE: An apparatus for locking a battery pack in a portable phone is provided to reduce the number of assemblers by giving elasticity to a locker itself, without the necessity of using special parts. CONSTITUTION: A locker(10) is installed so as to be moved vertically on a lower casing frame(102) in a terminal main body. The locker executes a function to lock a battery pack installed on the rear of the terminal or to release the locked battery pack. The locker(10) has more than a guide rib(12) to prevent the locker(10) from being separated by itself. As a hooking part(12a), engaging with a hooking part(102a) formed on the lower casing frame(102), is formed at the end of the guide rib(12), the separation of the locker(10) can be prevented.
