PURPOSE: A microorganism filter medium made of bamboo charcoal with a large specific surface area is provided to immobilize microorganism effectively and therefore improve sewage purifying capability. CONSTITUTION: The plastic microorganism filter media(20) comprises the parts of a cover(30) detachably assembled with main body; a main body(24) on the surface of which a plurality of holes(28) and ribs(26) are formed to pass wastewater; a bamboo charcoal fragment(40) received in a space(22) formed inside the main body.
