PURPOSE: A sushi burger using the vinegared fish and rice, tuna meat, vegetable and the like is provided, which burger has a plenty of nutrients and can be easily and rapidly cooked. CONSTITUTION: The burger is produced by the steps of: boiling rice with the tangle water and mixing the boiled rice with vinegar sauce; shaping vinegared boiled rice into an oval shape 10 cm in length, 8 cm in width and 1 cm in thickness to make burger bun; rapidly freezing the bun; preparing patty in an oval shape 10 cm in length, 8 cm in width and 1 cm using tuna meat, vegetable and the like; frying the bun and the patty; and inserting the patty into the burger bun. |
