PURPOSE: A boot washer is provided to completely remove the contaminants stuck on the bottom face or side of a boot automatically without the use of the human hand. CONSTITUTION: A boot washer comprises: a frame(300) including a grill(310) supporting the weight of a user and a handle(360); a power transmission unit including a motor, a decelerator reducing the rotational speed of the motor, a power transmission gear transmitting the rotational force of the decelerator, a horizontal shaft rotating a horizontal brush(210), a bevel gear converting the power of the horizontal shaft to vertical power, and a vertical shaft rotating vertically; a washing unit including a pair of horizontal brushes installed on the horizontal shaft of the power transmission unit, a horizontal nozzle, a vertical brush(220) installed on the vertical shaft, and a vertical nozzle supplying washing water or chemicals to the vertical brush; and a control box(330) controlling the rotational speed and operational time of the motor. By spraying the washing water to the outer face of a boot and removing the contaminants stuck on the outer face of the boot with the brushes, the boot is cleaned automatically.
