PURPOSE: Provided is a construction panel that is beneficial to health by coating far infrared rays irradiated from yellow soil, charcoal on a nonwoven fabrics. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture method comprises the steps of (i) dipping a nonwoven fabrics in a solution comprising a synthetic adhesive 100wt.%, yellow soil 30wt.%, charcoal 10wt.%, water 100wt.% and then drying, compressing; (ii) coating a solution comprising a synthetic adhesive 100wt.%, yellow soil 30wt.%, charcoal 10wt.%, water 30wt.% onto the both sides of the nonwoven fabrics and then drying, compressing.
