PURPOSE: A financial system for supporting sale and purchase in an electronic commerce system is provided to support finance for selling and purchasing by applying a discount rate to a selling company and a purchasing company. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of distributor(32) and a multitude of purchasers(34) are connected with a manager server computer(40) through internet(10). A program storage portion(50) includes a selling support finance program(52) for supporting selling finance, a selling fund loan program(54) for loaning selling fund, and a purchasing support finance program(56) for supporting purchasing finance. A database(60) includes a selling company database(62), a purchasing company database(64), and a selling and purchasing breakdown database(68) for storing a selling breakdown of a selling company and a purchasing breakdown of a purchasing company.
