PURPOSE: An elevated sign board for a vehicle having a folding and a rotating device is provided to change a video output direction of a sign board by mounting a large-sized screen to be separated into two pieces and be folded and unfolded, attaching the sign board to an upper side of a multistage telescopic boom, installing the sign board at a necessary height, and installing the rotation device near the boom. CONSTITUTION: An outrigger(2) for horizontally supporting a vehicle body(1) to a broad ground is installed in all direction of the vehicle body(1). A near bottom portion of a lower node body of a multistage telescopic boom(3) driven by oil pressure is supported to the vehicle body(1) by a rotation supporting body(4). Upper and lower plates(51,52) are connected by a hinge. A folding sign board(5) capable of being folded and unfolded by an oil pressure instrument(50) is an upper node body(31) of the multistage telescopic boom(3).
