PURPOSE: An electronic paying system on the internet and a method thereof are provided to prevent an economic loss of a consumer and solve a distrust to an electronic commerce by removing a management of paying information as a card number of the consumer in a web site embodying an electronic commerce as a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: The internet(10) is used as an on-line unit in a client server(12) for a communication. A shopping mall server(14) is provided for an electronic commerce. A financial institution server(16) and a delivery company server(18) install programs being managed by a compatible protocol for an on-line and operating systems for performing a communication using the internet(10). An electronic paying program is setup in the client server(12) for embodying an electronic commerce, and an electronic paying engine(22) storing a form analyzing robot(23) is set in the client server(12). An electronic certifying engine(20) having a protocol for communicating with the electronic paying engine(22) is set in the financial institution server(16). The electronic paying engine(22) drives a tray at the initial driving time of the client server(12) or a client wanted time. Personal information of the client, delivery place information, account number and a card number received from a financial institution in advance are registered in the electronic paying engine(22). The form analyzing robot(23) analyzes a form constituting paying screen downloaded in the client server(12).
