METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LCD BACKLIGHT LAMP HOUSING AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) backlight lamp housing and an apparatus for the same are provided to separate easily a backlight lamp housing from a bending punch by using the bending punch separated into two punches. CONSTITUTION: A lamp housing board process(110) is performed to process a lamp housing board by punching a board according to design measure. A lamp housing bending process(102) is performed to process a backlight lamp housing(40) by bending the processed lamp housing board. A lamp housing separation process(203) is performed to separate the backlight lamp housing(40) from a bending punch(10). The lamp housing separation process(203) is performed by using a bending punch(10) separated into a projection punch(11) and a flat punch(12). The flat punch(12) is separated from the back light housing(40) by elevating one of the projection punch(11) and the flat punch(12).
