PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a double walled reinforced PE spiral pipe is provided to reinforce outer earth pressure and solidity, and improve efficiency of electric fusion connecting process by dividing the wall surface of both sides of a reinforced hollow hole into two parts in such a manner that the reinforced hollow hole is integrated with a subsidiary hollow hole by spirally winding the subsidiary hollow hole with a tube extruded from a separate dies. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for manufacturing a spiral pipe in which dies(13) of an existing extruder and a forming machine(24) are assembled, the apparatus is characterized in that a reinforced hollow hole(33) is manufactured by spirally winding a curved pipe(22) of a tube (a), wherein the curved pipe(22) is curved so as to be conformed to the outer circumferential surface of rollers and a thickness of which is adjusted to a half before being rotated several times, the curved pipe(27) is integrated to the outer side surface(37) with an assembly-line by assembling on the outer side surface(37) a curved pipe(21) a thickness of which is adjusted to a half and curved so as to be assembled to the outer side surface(37) of the reinforced hollow hole(33) in a separate subsidiary dies(14), and a subsidiary hollow hole(36) is spirally wound to be formed, thereby manufacturing a double walled reinforced spiral pipe.
