摘要 PURPOSE: A sensor assembly for an automatic tracking device of a welding wire is provided to improve detecting speed of a welding wire by supplying double electromagnetic sensor without scanning and to increase accuracy of track. CONSTITUTION: A sensor assembly for an automatic tracking device in a welding wire comprises an excite coil(2) wound on a core(1); a sensing coil(3) wound on the core by being closely to the excite coil; a metal material(M) of a welding material; and the magnetic flux generated by current flowing in the excite coil while applying alternating current electricity to the excite coil. The sensing coil generating voltage(V) by the magnetic flux. The metal material generates the eddy current of a ring shape in a concentric circle. The sensor assembly contains the single excite coil receiving plural cores and sensing coils respectively wound to the coils. The voltage of the sensing coil is detected by the alternating voltage applied into the excite coil. Thereby, the sensor assembly for an automatic tracking device improves detecting speed of a welding wire by supplying double electromagnetic sensor without scanning and to increase accuracy of track.
