FINE PARTICULATE COLLECTOR OF EMISSION GAS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fine particulate collector of emission gas is provided, which can remove as well particulate matter as gaseous matter by only fluid flow without any chemicals or catalyst and can improve dust collecting efficiency by keeping the system flow steadily using air flow controller. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the parts of a gas suction hood(100); a tornado generating conical bowl(117) through the bottom of which air from the suction hood(100) is fed and tornado is generated and discharged through an exit(123) at the bottom side; two cyclones(114) which are set in series and collects dust; two fine particulate filtering bowls(119) which are set at the side bottom of the cyclone and collect fine particle finally; and an air flow controller(118) that controls the bypass flow from a cyclone(114) to the discharge of suction hood(100).
