PURPOSE: A method and a recording medium for providing a mind hospital in a computer network system are provided to easily and smoothly cure a trouble in a user mind by performing a data counsel routine and an online counsel routine. CONSTITUTION: A data counsel routine(S32) systematically outputs a menu of necessary data for a life counsel and data selected by a user computer. When the question message is received from the user computer, an artificial intelligence counsel routine(S42) infers the received question message, searches the most suitable answering data, and outputs it. An online counsel routine(S52) outputs a menu of an online counseling room necessary to the life counsel and connects the computer of the online counseling room selected by the user computer to the user computer.
