PURPOSE: A drying fermentation equipment is provided, which can treat livestock excrement by drying fermenting evenly and rapidly in an internal and external drying drum in only one drum. The process is conducted by transferring the excrement in shaft direction and by heating with burner flame at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the parts of a horizontal rotational cylinder set on two supporting frame(1) and made of three cylinders of an internal drying drum(4) set inner-mostly, an external drying drum(5) set at the middle and a fermentation drum(6) set outer-mostly; an internal drying drum(4) in which transferring impellers(4a) and distributing impellers(4b) are installed continuously; an external drying drum(5) in which transferring impellers(5a) and distributing impellers(5b) are installed continuously; a fermentation drum(6); a transferring screw(15) set at the center part at one end and is inserted into the internal drying drum(4); and a burner(14) set at the other end for heating the other end of internal drying drum(4), the whole cylinder being driven by two supporting rollers(2) and two driving motors(3) set at the bottom.
