PURPOSE: A multipurpose boiler is provided to reduce expenses and fuel consumption by using waste heat from charcoal fire, and to decrease volume and weight by installing an oil burner in the boiler. CONSTITUTION: A boiler body is divided into a charcoal combustion section(4) and an oil combustion section(5). A water chamber is formed between an inner wall and an outer wall, and a water pipe is arranged in a combustion chamber for heat exchange. A charcoal chest(1) is moved back and forth, and opened with a lock(2). Forced draft is formed in the charcoal combustion chamber by a blower(3). A combustion partition is placed in the oil combustion section to circulate combustion gas. An escape pipe is opened in the upper part of a hot water tank(11) without an expansion tank. A radiator and circulating lines are installed separately to prevent the temperature of hot water from increasing over the reference value. The multipurpose boiler reduces energy and fuel consumption by using waste heat from charcoal fire.
