PURPOSE: A high-pressurized peeling device for removing an old shell of a fruit tree is provided to effectively wash and remove the old shell of the fruit tree by applying an impact to the shell of the fruit tree without damaging an internal layer of the fruit tree. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressurized peeling device(20) includes an engine section(21) which is detachably coupled to a lower frame(10) by means of a nut, a bolt and a pin. A driving shaft(22) for transferring the power of the engine section(21) is connected to a high-pressurized pump(23). Upper frames(25,25',26) are formed on the lower frame(10). A water tank(24) for supplying water into the high-pressurized pump(23) is installed on the upper frames(25,25',26). A coupling piece(29) formed with a coupling hole(28) is provided in a bending section(27) of the lower frame(10). The coupling hole(28) can be coupled to a tractor.
