PURPOSE: The radiant paraphernalia are provided to create the special and active atmosphere by radiating the light from a jewel body, which is sticked on the outer face of the paraphernalia and to focus the eyes of others on the paraphernalia. CONSTITUTION: The radiant paraphernalia include an outside skin(1), an inside skin(2), a jewel body(D), much optical fiber(4), a radiating lamp(3) and a radiating member(R). The transparent jewel body(D) is sticked on the outside skin(1). Much optical fiber(4) is formed between the outside skin(1) and the inside skin(2). An end portion of the optical fiber(4) is connected to the radiating member(R), in which the radiating lamp(3) is installed. The other end portion of the optical fiber(4) is connected to the jewel body(D). The jewel body(D), the optical fiber(4) and the radiating member(R) are installed on the outside of a vest, a hat, the gloves or the shoes.
