PURPOSE: A PCMCIA(personal computer memory card international association) card is provided to exchange a signal with a remote peripheral implement without loss by transmitting/receiving data to/from the peripheral implement in a photo signal format. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(110) is formed for a connection of an optical fiber(120) connected with a peripheral implement. A module unit(130) performs a photo/electric conversion. The optical fiber(120) connects the connection unit(110) with the module unit(130). A transmitting/receiving of data to/from the peripheral implement is performed in a photo signal format. The length of the optical fiber(120) is more than the distance between the connection unit(110) and the module unit(130).
