PURPOSE: A plywood manufacturing system is provided to improve endurance of plywood and working efficiency by sticking picture at a high temperature, and to lengthen a life span and reduce expenses with light plywood without moisture. CONSTITUTION: A plywood producing system is composed of an ultrasonic part(206) installed in a conveyor line to form a fine uneven portion for sticking paper on foam material; and a paper sticking part(100) having preheating units(101-104) preheating transferring foam material in the rear part of the ultrasonic part, and paper sticking roll units(106-109) sticking preheated foam material on the sheet at a high temperature. Paper supply rolls(202,203) are placed in upper and lower parts of a foam material supply roll(201). An electric supply unit(205) is connected to the ultrasonic part and the preheating rolls, and electrothermal rods are installed in the roll bodies. Second oil preheating rolls are installed in the rear ends of the preheating rolls, and connected to an oil heater/ pump(105) to circulate oil. A pressure unit is installed in the paper sticking rolls to improve foaming and stiffness in sticking the foam material to the paper. The plywood having a smooth surface is manufactured for dry mounting without spreading.
