PURPOSE: A double straw forming device is provided to increase productivity by forming two double straws at the same time, to transfer stably by eliminating troubles, and to improve working efficiency by modifying expansion tube and end forming parts. CONSTITUTION: A double straw forming apparatus(100) is composed of a straw material supply hopper(110) installed in the right part of a body(102); a first transfer drum(120) installed under the hopper; a cutter(130) mounted near the first transfer drum; a first transfer screw(140) installed below the first transfer drum and the cutter; second transfer drums(150) installed in the ends of the first transfer screw; a straw flexible tube forming machine(160) close to the second transfer drum; a second transfer screw(170) transferring a straw from the straw flexible tube forming machine to a straw end forming machine(180); the straw end forming machine; and a packing machine(190) packing a straw from a third transfer screw(175). Inner and outer tubes of a straw are cut, and stuck during passing the first transfer drum and the first transfer screw. The second transfer drum forms the expanding and contracting tube in the end with plural flexible tube forming jigs, and transfers the straw to the flexible tube forming machine by a guide. The productivity is improved, and the failure rate is reduced with forming the end piece of the straw and packing.
