摘要 PURPOSE: Silica applied tire structure for smoothly discharging static electricity is provided to discharge static electricity smoothly by applying high conductivity carbon black to the tire, and to cut down expenses by simplifying the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A silica applied tire is composed of tread(10) contacted to the road surface and made of nonconductive silica base rubber material; an under tread(20) made of high conductivity carbon black at the inside of the tread; and a carcass(30) having a belt(31) in the under tread. An annular band(40) is formed in the circumference of the tread, and the inner periphery of the annular band is contacted to the under tread. The outer periphery of the annular band is contacted to the road surface, and the annular band is made of high conductivity carbon black base rubber material. The static electricity from a vehicle is discharged through the annular band to the road surface. The tire having the carbon black rubber band discharges the static electricity continuously with wearing the tread of the tire and the annular band at the same time.
