PURPOSE: A door structure for a container and producing method therefor are provided to improve sealing ability between the door structure and a refrigerating container panel unit and to conveniently repair or replace by separating the panel unit and an insulation unit of the door. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a door structure of a container comprises a first stage inserting a cover member(150) of a square shape on an open unit(131) mounted on a side of a square frame(130) ; a second stage maintaining balance by fixing the open unit to a zigzag frame; a third stage inserting a protrusion unit(117c) into a receive groove(119) formed on a door panel unit(110) on outside of a weather strip(117) to maintain the sealing between the door panel unit and container panel unit; a forth stage filling polyurethane foam(140) on the frame by the cover member; a fifth stage attaching the open unit to the door panel; a sixth stage combining the frame to the door panel unit by a screw; a seventh stage fixing a shield frame on one of the door insulation unit to isolate a portion(115) contacting to the door panel unit; an eight stage combining a cover(180) on both ends of the shield frame to prevent communication of air; and a ninth stage fixing the weather strip to an insert hole(185) mounted on the square frame of the door insulation unit.
