PURPOSE: A method for providing information of a bank lending loan on an apartment using the Internet is provided to supply an average lending possible amount of all banks with respect to a security of a user at one service web and to provide a bank table in the order of the highest lending amount or the lowest lending interest in accordance with a user's desire. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a service provider web using a terminal, and inputs user information for an inquiry(S1). An average lending available amount of all banks is searched and displayed by operating a database I being stored in the service provider web(S2). If a search button of a lending available amount according to banks is clicked, a database II is operated and the lending available amounts according to banks are searched(S3). The lending available amounts according to banks are displayed in the order of the highest lending amount(S4). If a search button of a lending interest according to banks is clicked, lending interests according to banks are searched by operating the database II(S5). The searched lending interests according to banks are displayed in the order of the lowest lending interest(S6).
