An analysis DB(50) performs a modeling and storage based on the users through the site customer DB(30) and the information of the log server(40). A present condition analysis server(60) analyzes a present information of the sites based on data of the analysis DB(50). A tendency analysis server(80) performs a tendency analysis based on data of the analysis DB(40). A customer information extract server(70) analyses and stores data of the analysis DB(50) and transfers the same through Internet(90). A customer server(100) reorganizes the information transmitted from the customer information extract server(70), analyses integral user tendency, and provides the same to each site.
