PURPOSE: A method for a moving picture banner in a form of lottery is provided to click the moving picture banner so as to receive various information of events and amounts of money and gifts set up. CONSTITUTION: If an internet user wants to download a lottery type of moving picture banner advertisement using the first personal communication unit(S100), it is judged whether to download the banner advertisement in the form of a mail or an icon(S200,S300). When the user selectively downloads the banner advertisement, the user clicks the mail or the icon(S400). And then, a product relevant to the banner advertisement is displayed(S500). When the user selects the product displayed through the first personal communication unit(S600), a main server counts the hit ratio of the banner advertisements(S700). If the number is equal to the number previously set to the banners(S800), the internet user who clicks the banner advertisement for the first time is equal to the user who clicks the banner advertisement last(S900). Information on the internet user who wins a prize is transmitted to a relevant advertisement company(S1000). The advertisement company gives the amount of prize money or gifts to the internet user(S1100).
