摘要 |
PURPOSE: A supercapacitor is provided to significantly increase capacitance per specific surface area, by using carbon nanotube as an electrode material for the supercapacitor, while improving energy density and output characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A supercapacitor comprises two electrodes(100) arranged to face each other, and which are made up of carbon nanotube; an electrolyte(300) interposed between two electrodes; and a separator film(200) interposed between two electrodes so as to separate the electrolyte. A collector(400) made up of a conductive material is attached to the rear surface of the electrode. The electrode is made up of carbon nanotube which is pelletized by using a coupling agent such as polyvinylalcohol resin, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, phenol resin, or carboxylmethyl cellulose resin. |
