A load drive apparatus is comprised of a plurality of intelligent power devices (IPD A to C) connected in parallel and a plurality of control units (155). Each IPD comprises power MOS transistors (201a to 201c) for on/off control thereof. One voltage supply line (156) and one ground line (157) are used in common for each of the power MOS transistors and for each of the control units. A capacitor (160) and a resistor (161) are connected in series between a power source terminal (153) and a ground terminal (154) in order to control LC oscillation with an inductance element (163) and the capacitor (160). <IMAGE>
