摘要 <p>A course of action to be taken by one or more flying objects (2) is determined on the basis of a data base in which data obtained in the past through observation of the meteorology of a star (1) with a meteorological observation apparatus (5) mounted on the flying object (2), courses of action thereafter taken by the flying object, and events encountered by the flying object as the results of taking the courses of action are related to each other, and which is held as common data for the one or more flying objects, thereby enabling stable speedy navigation of the flying object.
