<p>A sleeping bag comprises a lightweight layer (2) made from a material with a low thermal insulation capacity like a sheet, and a heavyweight layer (1) of a material with a high insulation capacity, like a duvet, joined together round at least part of their edges by fastenings (8, 9). The fastenings can be in the form of seams, Velcro (RTM) strips or Zip (RTM) fasteners, or tongued and grooved interlocking plastic strips.
