PURPOSE: A process for preparing a functional wrapped-up Kimchi food by wrapping spices with vegetables and boiling in beef soup is provided. Whereby, the food has a taste and flavor of Kimchi and is easy to eat by removing greasy taste peculiar to meat. CONSTITUTION: The feature which characterizes the process includes the steps of: grinding one or more meats selected from meat, fish and poultry; hydrating bean curd and crushing; mixing grinded meat, bean curd, egg, starch and wheat flour and kneading with one or more materials selected from grinded garlic, ginger juice, onion juice, sesame oil, mushroom, green onion, black pepper, carrot, sugar, salt, soy or the like; wrapping the kneaded mixture with the leaves of Chinese cabbage; and boiling the wrapped-up Kimchi in beef soup. |
