PURPOSE: A fund loan system and an operation method thereof are provided to easily receive a pass for giving the right to loan through the internet, thereby enabling the customer to apply for getting a loan using internet or ARS. CONSTITUTION: A loan management company server is connected with a bank server, an ARS server, and a web server. In case that a customer becomes of a member through the web server, a limited amount of loan is estimated according to the customer's credit rating. After that, a loan pass card is issued to the customer and a virtual account is given to the customer. In case that the state of money repaid is reported through the bank server, the loan management company server readjusts the limited amount of loan. A credit card reference company server provides information on personal credit rating in case that the loan management company server makes a request. A loan information storage unit stores information related to loan under the control of the loan management company server. A member management unit stores all sorts of information on members under the control of the loan management company server. The bank server manages the virtual account given to the customer and a certain account of a service provider.
