PURPOSE: An on-line order service system is provided to enable a user to pay at the same time when receiving ordered goods, use a game, a VOIP, an Internet phone service, etc., and receive a franchise service, a ceremony hall service, a travel/hotel service, an ASP service. CONSTITUTION: An orderer(100) wants to receive a game, a shopping, an electronic commerce, and an Internet phone service through Internet. A local service provider(200) stores and manages an information data of a plurality of orderers, and manages sale of goods and goods in stock. A total service provider(300) stores an information data of a plurality of local service providers, manages sale of goods and goods in stock, and provides operation and events. A network computer(110) for orderer provides various software and data from a sever through a network. A server for local service provider provides the various software and data to the plurality of network computers for orderers. A hub(10) connects the network computer and the server for local service provider to a communication. A router(20) interconnects a plurality of communication networks by using a relay function. A server for total service provider performs a data communication with an external network though a firewall(30) with the router.
