STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLING ANNULUS BEARING OF POWER STEERING GEAR

PURPOSE: Annulus bearing install structure of a power steering gear is provided to fix the annulus bearing by assembling the annulus bearing by an extend support structure and to prevent leakage of oil without assembling a retainer ring on a spool shaft. CONSTITUTION: Annulus bearing install structure for a power steering gear comprises a valve housing(13) forming a valve assembly(10); a spool shaft(3) connecting to a steering shaft by being received in the valve housing; a torsion bar(5) contained in the spool shaft of a hollow shape; an annulus bearing(17) supporting the spool shaft in an inner circumference of the valve housing; a valve body(11) steering power by being mounted between an inlet port and a discharge port; a pinion gear connected to a rack gear(9) on an end portion of the spool shaft; a rack bearing(19) repulsed to a spring(20); and an extent unit(14) having a supporter to support the annulus bearing by being mounted on an inner circumference face of the valve housing. Thereby annulus bearing install structure for the power steering gear prevents leakage of oil without assembling a retainer ring on a spool shaft.
